Pamela Ahtchi, artisan baker, in Newtown, Connecticut has been the owner of Cookie Wishes LLC since 2007. For more than twenty years Pam has been planning for Cookie Wishes! It had always been her mission to create the healthiest and most delicious recipes possible

The time was right to put aside her long career in special education and begin this exciting journey after moving from New Jersey to Connecticut in 2004. Translating this passion into making the dough
is a dream come true! Her recipe is easy! She uses only the freshest, premium ingredients available, with no trans-fats or artificial preservatives. The results were irresistible cookies that are delicious with flavor and design!

Equally important to Pam is to try to educate and emphasize the importance of a healthful diet which includes balance, moderation,
